Privacy Policy

AIRender ("we", "us") provides an AI-powered rendering and image-editing platform for architects and designers, on airender.ro and airender.eu. This policy explains what personal data we process and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We process the following categories of personal data:

• Account data — name, email address, and authentication identifier, provided through Google Sign-In (Firebase Authentication).
• Uploaded content — images and sketches you upload for rendering or editing, and the renders generated from them.
• Billing data — subscription plan, and payment metadata handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store card numbers.
• Usage data — credit transactions, render history, and technical logs (timestamps, request identifiers) used for reliability and abuse prevention.
• Waitlist data — if you join the waitlist before AIRender opens: your email address, the role you chose (optional), the plan you picked on the pricing section, the language of the page, the site you came from (its domain only) and the campaign tags of the link you followed.
• Visit statistics — pages viewed, the referring site, country, device type and browser, counted without cookies and without a profile of you.

• Contract — to provide the rendering, editing, and account features you sign up for.
• Legitimate interests — to secure the service, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
• Legal obligation — to keep billing and tax records.
• Consent — to keep you on the waitlist and email you when AIRender opens, including the founding offer if you are among the first 100 sign-ups; and for other optional communications, where applicable. You can withdraw it at any time.
• Legitimate interests — to count visits to the public pages, without cookies, so we know which pages and links bring people to us.

We rely on the following sub-processors: Google Cloud Platform (hosting, storage, authentication, the waitlist, and App Check with reCAPTCHA to keep automated traffic out), Umami (visit statistics, without cookies), Stripe (payments), and AI model providers used to generate renders and edits (Google Gemini for rendering and editing, Replicate for rendering with Seedream 5 Pro, camera angles and upscaling).

• Sketches you upload for rendering — deleted as soon as the render finishes (or fails). We keep a small preview image with the render so you can compare before and after. To render the same sketch again, upload it again.
• Uploads you never submit — deleted automatically within about an hour.
• Images you upload to the editor, and your renders and edits — kept for as long as your account exists. Contact us to have them, or your account, deleted.
• Network address at sign-up — we keep only a keyed hash of it, for 24 hours, to limit free credits to a few new accounts per network. The address itself is never stored.
• Account and billing records — for as long as your account is active and as required by law thereafter.
• Waitlist — until 12 months after AIRender opens, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first. To be removed, write to design@airender.ro. The network address of a waitlist sign-up is kept only as a keyed hash, for two days, to limit automated sign-ups.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contactdesign@airender.ro. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-product or by email. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
